Elliot Rocke Estate Ice Wine 

This delicious Ice Wine is in a style that originated in Europe, where-by grapes were left on the vine until the first deep frosts formed the freeze/thaw cycles, delicately concentrating the sugars and flavours of the grapes. Non-traditional methods have been utilised to emulate this process and the results are truly spectacular. Brilliant straw gold in colour with a bouquet of apricot, citrus peel and floral spice. This combines with a lush palate of concentrated citrus.
