A tribute to Caroliene, the first Steinborner woman to grace the Australian shores. Caroliene and her peers were hardworking and essential to the success of the early settlements.
Semillon is another of the Barossa's Jewels. The SFV Unoaked Semillon preserves the classic varietal characteristics of citrus and tropical aromas which then carry through the palate to a gracefully over an extended period gaining further depth and complexity.

Aroma : Citrus, lime, mineral lemon, passion fruit, gooseberry
Taste: Passion fruit, lime, mineral lemon, honeydew melon, crisp finish
Food: When young, seafood and aromatic curries. When aged a wonderful accompaniment to cheese.
