This single vineyard wine has had the benefit of a long maturation on light yeast lees with a small portion of barrel ferment to add depth and complexity. Ferment and mouthfeel and leaving a slight natural fruit sweetness.
Tasting Notes:
The 2010 Sugar Loaf Pinot Gris is concentrated and rich, with aromas of freshly cut pear, guava and a touch of spice; cradled together with a fine acid spine and a long lingering finish.
